Each month we produce reels, statics, carousels, and stories tuned to your brand, post them on schedule, run paid ads on Meta with the budget bundled into your plan, moderate basic comments, and report back with what worked. Think of us as a small content studio plus a paid media team — packaged as a flat monthly subscription.

Seven days from sign-up to your first post going live. Day 1 is onboarding (a 15-minute call, brand questionnaire, and access setup). Days 2–5 we produce your first batch of content. Day 6 you approve. Day 7 we post. Faster than typical 14–30 day agency onboarding because AI accelerates production.

No. We come to you with a content plan each month based on your category, season, festivals, and what's working. You review it and either approve or request changes. If you do have ideas you want included — sales, product launches, events — share them on WhatsApp and we'll fold them in. Once you're settled in, most months you'll send us nothing.

You do. Every piece is shared with you on WhatsApp before it goes live. You approve, request changes, or skip. Nothing goes out without your green light. We don't auto-post on your behalf — that's your call every time.

Each plan includes free revisions per piece — 1 in Starter, 2 in Growth, 3 in Premium. If you need more, you can buy a Revision Pack at a discount (5 for ₹800 or 10 for ₹1,500, plus 18% GST). Packs don't expire and roll over. If you find yourself buying packs every month, we'll proactively suggest a plan upgrade — that's usually the better economics.

Yes. Every piece we create — reels, statics, carousels, stories — is delivered to you in their original quality before being posted. You own them. If you cancel later, you keep everything we made for you. No lock-in, no "all your assets stay with us."

WhatsApp, mostly. We've found Indian small businesses prefer it over email or project management tools. You'll get a dedicated WhatsApp thread for your account. Most messages are answered within a few hours during work hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST). Email works too if you prefer it.

No hidden fees. Setup is free, the ad budget is bundled, and there are no extra charges for posting, scheduling, reporting, or basic edits. GST applies at the standard 18% on top of the plan price (shown on every invoice), and the only optional add-on is a Revision Pack, if you choose to buy one.

GST is charged separately at 18%, on top of the plan price — so ₹4,999 works out to ₹5,899 with GST, and ₹9,999 to ₹11,799. You receive a proper GST-compliant invoice every month, which you can claim as input credit.

The ad budget runs on Meta — Instagram and Facebook. Our team sets up campaigns, picks audiences and placements based on your goals, and optimises week to week. Every rupee of your ad budget goes directly to Meta. None of it stays with us. At month-end you get a full report — what was spent, where, what it produced.

It's small on purpose. Small budgets are built for testing creative, learning what resonates, and building a steady local reach — not for blasting at scale in the first 30 days. If you want a bigger budget after seeing results, we can scale it up. The bundled budget is a starting point that protects you from overspending while we figure out what works for your category.

Easy. You can top up your ad budget any time. Tell us how much extra you want to spend and we'll set it up — same management, same reporting, same transparency. We don't charge a management fee on the additional spend.

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect from the next billing cycle and unlock the new content volume immediately. Downgrades also take effect from the next cycle, so the current month's deliverables stay at your existing level.

UPI, all major Indian credit and debit cards, net banking, and direct NEFT for Premium plans. All payments go through encrypted, PCI-compliant Indian payment gateways. We don't store your card details.

No long-term contract. It's a month-to-month subscription. You can cancel anytime. We do have standard terms of service that govern the working relationship — those live on the Terms page — but there's no minimum lock-in period.

Through Meta's official Partner Access system — the same one Meta-certified agencies use. We never store your password or log into your account directly. You grant our Meta business manager access through Meta's interface, and you can revoke it any time with one click. Standard, audited, secure.

Yes. We comply with the DPDP Act 2023 (India's data protection law) and IT Act 2000. We collect only what we need to deliver your service. We don't sell or share your data. Full refund any time before your first approved content goes live — so you can see what we've made and still change your mind. Once your content starts posting, that month is non-refundable, but you can cancel future months any time. Ad spend already sent to Meta isn't refundable as cash, since it goes straight to Meta. You keep everything we created for you — every reel, static, carousel, story. Files are yours. We deliver any remaining pieces in your current cycle, then stop billing. No clawback, no fees, no awkward exit. We'd rather lose a client gracefully than trap one.
